What Access Privilege would permit a user to be able to change a charge to be non-billable or billable? And are there other permissions that the privilege would permit? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
In order to be able to change the Billable flag for a Charge the user should be granted with the permission called 'Charges including Finance' (see the screenshot below). With this permission user will also be able to see Charges rates and totals and will have access to Charge Reports. Though without the separate permission 'Other Employees' Charges' the user will see only their own records. You can read more about Employee Privileges here.  |
