Is the Outlook Sync module needed to send mail fromCommitCRM?

The Outlook Sync module allows you to synchronize your Appointments, Tasks and Contact between RangerMSP and Outlook.

It is not required in order to send emails fromRangerMSP. You can send emails from RangerMSP through Outlook, drag-and-drop emails from Outlook into RangerMSP and file them as documents (you can link them to Accounts, Tickets, etc.), and more, even without using the RangerMSP – Outlook Sync module.
