In version 14 we're missing the Online Services icon when browsing Tickets, Accounts or any other location where we used to have the icon in the bar along with Print/QuickBooks/etc.

I suspect that RangerMSP is used in 'Simple Mode' that indeed displays less icons.
In order to see the Online Service icon on the toolbar you can switch to 'Advanced Mode' using the 'View' menu.
Online Services can be also accessed from Tickets/Accounts main menu, so switching to 'Advanced Mode' is optional in case you are OK with accessing this option from the menu.
