Hello,

We are having poor performance within Commit (SQL) and are getting the "oops" errors of late and we are not entirely sure what the cause or resolution to the issue is. I was looking at Rebuilding the Database Indexes using the process detailed here: [urlmp=/wiki/KB:_Database_Errors,_Indexing_Errors[/urlmp], but wanted to check if the experts had any suggestions or information regarding degraded performance within the program and random errors and how to alleviate the issues?

Thanks in advance:
Brian

Rebuilding the indexes may help, however, it is normally not required. By far the item that messes with performance the most is Anti Virus packages, or all sort. If possible, try to completely white-list the entire RangerMSP folder tree from scanning and see if that helps. It normally does when such issues arise. In regards to the ooppss, we will be happy to review your log files. Please zip the content of \Logs folder and email it back to us for review.

Hope this helps.
