Confidentiality Agreement

I was just wondering what everyone else does regarding Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Compete agreements.

Thanks all. Did you work with your attorneys to come up with one or something else? I have a reasonable good one i found online but am looking to tweak it with my attorney's help.

I found a few templates online that i used for the first few years. Then i figured i need to make sure anything we used held up in my state's court, so I had a lawyer redo them.

Definitely want to involve your attorney. Shouldn't cost too much especially if you are bringing in something that you feel is close to what you are looking for. Plus if you ever need to go against someone who signed the agreement your attorney will already be comfortable that it should stick since they were involved with creating it.
