Is there any way to view tickets in which I am not the manager or assigned tech to the ticket, but I do have pending tasks assigned to me?

I understand I can go under Calendar and Tasks and see all my assigned tasks, but that is two separate places to manage my Tickets essentially.

I am looking for a way to filter Tickets that may be assigned to other people, but have a task pending to me.

Thank you for asking. The way to access all your Tasks in by opening the main Tasks list as you just described. This is an interesting idea though (to filter the Tickets list based on Tasks) and we will definitely be looking into this.
