Was curious of anyone knows of a way to quickly clear out input fields in CommitCRM. From time to time we have to filter tickets down by account name, description or some other means of filtering. However when your done with the filter there is no quick way to clear it out like with an X at the far right. The only way I've found to clear things out is by clicking on the field, pressing home, Shift+End and then pressing delete. This to me seems very clunky and lots of selecting, clicking, etc. Maybe someone knows of a hidden option?

Currently there is no quicker way to clear search fields. We will take a note on this. For what it is worth, when using Filters, you can easily close or pause the filter applied on the list. You can also save the filter to quickly pick it up from the list:  Hope this helps. |
