Hello,
My consulting company works pretty much around the clock. We are running into issues where the timer is started say at 11:30 PM on 11/18/15 and then stopped by the tech for recording on 12:45 AM on 11/19/15. Is there a way for CommitCRM to recognize this properly and correctly track the time? Although tedious, as a current work around, we have the techs adjust the hours to that they fall on the same day - it would be great if CommitCRM can calculate this correctly on its own. Thanks! |

Thanks for suggesting this. Indeed the Timer could have handled it though the reason it does not is because a Charge record, that you convert the Timer time to, is date based and also has a start/end times that should reflect the same day. In any case, your feedback is clear and will be considered. Thanks! |
