Answer
You should add the domain part for the Account Email1 or 2 fields (e.g. instead of storing an email address there) or create a secondary contact for Account and add a domain part (only) as the contact's email. This will be used as a domain catch-all address where any email coming from anyone at this domain will be considered as one coming from this Account, and a new ticket will be created under it.
