What's the best way to set up reminders for tasks, and/or flag them for follow-up? An email in Outlook can be flagged and sorted by the flag, or set to be "followed-up". We're looking for something similar inRangerMSP.

Each Task in RangerMSP can be set with two reminders, to help you track it when time comes.

In order to flag tasks for follow-up, you can use the Task's Field1, Field2, etc. You can customize one of these fields to keep the follow-up flag information, and then sort and filter the Tasks list and report according to this flag.

For example, you can rename Field1 (right-click the field name and select Field Settings) to be more meaningful (e.g. "Follow-up"), and set the values list with your follow-up states. When viewing the Tasks window in the calendar (in the Tasks tab), you can easily sort by this field by clicking the relevant column name.
