Rescheduling a Ticket can be done in two ways:
1. Edit the Ticket, and set the "Shot Ticket in dispatcher" flag. This will display the Ticket in the Dispatcher's window for rescheduling. You can also change its status to reflect the new stage (back to "Schedule" or any other status you wish to use). 2. Simply add or edit an existing Appointment from the Ticket window, and schedule it as the next appointment for this Ticket. You should also update the Ticket status as well in this case, so you will know it was rescheduled. Neta |
