im looking on instructions on how to change the following:
- Click sign & print to PDF (which btw i love) -I want to change the default "Form to sign:" form I have created a custom form a i want my technicians to use on site, but i it's easy to forget to change it to the correct form every time. Is their a way to change this to a different default? |

Sure, to change the default report please go to Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab and select your custom report as Default Detailed Report.
Then restart 'RangerMSP Web Interface' Windows service - or - the Web Site in IIS (In case IIS is used with RangerMSP) to apply the change. You may also review the following article about adding customer signature to custom reports Hope this helps. |
