Our guys watch the calendar. We create tickets, and all tickets get dispatched to the calendar. Now I'm finding our guys are not getting to their new tickets, or schedule changes because they have to remember to hit refresh. They are so focused on their work I don't expect them to hit refresh at the end of every call. I'm so sorry but that's so 1990's. We are loosing money and productivity as a result. Can something be done about this? Quickly? Tools - Options - Calendar - Auto refresh every ___(min) . Checkbox, done!
