printing errors --

I get an error when trying to print to one of our printers (xerox MFP6115) from CommitCRM -- we have no trouble printing to this printer from any other applicaction and CommitCRM prints fine on our other printers:

If the above message/solution is not clear, and you are still encountering problems, we recommend you log out from Commit, log in again and retry.

Since this happens with this specific printer only, and other printers work fine with RangerMSP, it sounds like a specific printer issue. Please contact our support directly using Help > Technical Support menu, and send us your RangerMSP log files. We will then try to analyze them and see if we can learn more.

We experience the same issue with one of our printers .. We get the opps message for a HP Laserjet 2600N but to our HP Laserjet 3055 it is fine..Any ideas ??

Hi peterk, same as above, we believe these are local problems with the specific printers, as you are able to work with other printers. Please contact our support directly using the Help > Technical Support menu, and send us your RangerMSP log files. We will then try to analyze them and see if we can learn more.
