Hi, we have 3CX popping a screen based on callerid. in this screen you are able to select a contact or open tickets. The account or ticket is then opened. Unfortunately there is no way of getting this working with the client - it only works with the web interface.

Here is some software I found for CISCO 79xx series phones that offers an API interface. Wonder if it is possible to build a bridge to CommitCRM using this API?
