While there is an option to send multiple Documents by email (by selecting with Ctrl), this action will not add Ticket details or Ticket report to the generated email.
Oh, ok. I didn't know that - that's helpful. Would it be hard to select those documents, and then send them with an email template that is already in the system?
We'll take note of this suggestion but for now what you can do is drag & drop the the attached documents from the non-templated email to the templated email (e.g. open both and just send one).
