RangerMSP User Question*

I know we can merge or migrate tickets but can we merge company accounts ?

We have a few clients who have merged into one. We don't want to lose either companies info i.e. tickets for both companies prior to merger. Can we migrate all contacts and history to one account?

Answer

Yes! You can use the Account Merge feature from Tools > Data Tools. As a result, the redundant Account will be deleted and all data (Tickets/Contacts/Charges/etc.) will be moved to the master Account.


Important: BACKUP RangerMSP database before using Account Merge.
