Hello,

First and foremost, I am a longtime fan of CommitCRM. Aside from it being a great product, one thing that sets it aside from anything similar would have to be the awesome support.

Ok, now that I got that off my chest…. :-)

….I am trying to change one of the workflows in my office. What I want to do is find some way or some tool that allows me to start a remote session and at the same time start a ticket. I think I am missing too much billable time by not always generating tickets for the quick remote connect sessions.

Does anyone use CommitCRM or another PSA in a way that would work as described. Does anyone have any recommendations, solutions, work-arounds.

One suggestion, although not the simplest, is to require a ticket number to start a remote session.

Easier said that done, i know.
