I want to automatically hide the suspended items for everyone that uses CommitCRM to avoid technicians using the wrong items. Right now I am having to click in the box to hide everytime I login to CommitCRM.
'Suspended' items are not available for selection.
Once the Suspended option is selected for an Item technicians will not be able to select it,
unless the Suspended flag is cleared.
