Hi Commit,

I have just sold a CommitCRM system to a customer.
- I got exacly nine (9) e-mails from you with order and license information. That is OK.
But I also got 9 tickets in my CRM under your Account... CommitCRM.
I have to merge all these tickets into one ticket. Very time consuming. But still OK.

I often have this situation with other accounts, which creates a new e-mail instead of replying a 0500- marked email.

Suggestion: Right-click ticket, select merge to ticket and delete.
CommitCRM takes the original e-mail and add 0500-xxxx to the subject and send it to the public e-mail so it goes into the right ticket. And also deletes the 'bad' ticket.

Do you have any other suggestions for handling 9 tickets as above ?

It seems like you used your public support email address to purchase items, the following is not required but you should probably have a dedicated email for support and not use it for everything...

Anyway, you should use the Ticket Merge feature to have one ticket merged into the other and the original one deleted, you will, you cannot, however, merge 9 tickets into one within a single merge.
