When forwarding two things need to happen for it to work end to end -
1. The email address you forward from, i.e. yours, must be stored under your employee account in RangerMSP. 2. You specify the customer email address as part of the subject line of the email you forward - prefixed with @ - and place it first as part of the subject line.
