We currently use Postini for perimeter spam protection, when client mail servers are unavailable for more than 15 minutes email begins to spool via Postini's servers and we get text and email alerts.
We now have the new CommitCRM 4.4 setup with integration with this feature. Email alerts come into our 'Support' queue which is polled by CommitCRM when the email matches our rule configuration it automatically creates a ticket that the client mail server is down and mail is spooling then sends an email to the specified account manager. Pretty slick. Thank youCommitCRM. |
