Is there a way when closing out a ticket, to make sure that a charge be entered?

When cosing tickets, the system alerts you if there is not resolution entered for the ticket. When you enter the resolution, you can also see the charges in the same tab, so you can make sure there are charges for the ticket.

You can also generate ticket reports and filter them by status, and by "Include only Ticket with no charges" (you can do this in the report generation window). This way you can easily filter the report to display completed tickets with no charges.
